The Novinium Ambassador Program supports top-performing field employees as they are elevated to leadership positions.
Novinium Ambassadors work directly with field teams in 4-month rotations to observe, teach, and learn in everyday field situations. Ambassadors lead on-the-job training to support projects, strengthen our safety culture, and build cross-team camaraderie and pride.
