Every Cablecure service begins with low-impact Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) testing to evaluate your system, identify blocked splices, and determine which segments can be rejuvenated. Novinium then determines the optimal fluid formulations for your specific site conditions and rejuvenates as many segments as possible using Sustained Pressure Rejuvenation (SPR) for maximum reliability, flowing through tricky splices where necessary using Improved Unsustained Pressure Rejuvenation (iUPR).

After the rejuvenation process is complete, our teams provide detailed reporting of network condition data in Novinium’s cable tracking system to help you manage your network proactively moving forward.

Cablecure Complete

Cablecure Complete replaces severely corroded segments and blocked splices in addition to rejuvenating cable segments. This helps utilities maximize their total network reliability while still enjoying the capital efficiency and environmental benefits of cable rejuvenation.

  • Warranty – Novinium® recommends Cablecure® 732 fluid for the highest performance and value. The Cablecure 732 40-year warranty is available only with Cablecure 732 fluid. Less demanding applications, where only 20-25 years of life extension are required, may utilize Cablecure iXL fluid. Novinium provides a lesser warranty for these non-demanding applications.Many circuit owners prefer a standard one-year workmanship warranty in lieu of a Novinium extended warranty.
