Novinium named a “Top 25 Startup” at the Northwest Venture All Stars Awards

Novinium was named a “Top 25 Startup” during the Pacific Northwest Fifth Annual Venture All Stars Awards Event held on June 3, 2005. Hosted annually by the venture capital community, the event recognizes the Pacific Northwest’s top venture backed companies. The Venture All Stars Selection Team Chairs included: George Hunter, President, Leading Edge British Colombia for British Colombia Gary Ritner, Manager, Puget Sound Venture Club for Washington Mile Parrot, Aterwynne, LLP / Angel Oregon for Oregon The Selection Team Members included over 50 individuals from venture capital firms, angel investment clubs, and private investors in the area. Fifty companies were nominated based on their combined scores in categories such as: Management, Business Model, Competition, Strategy, and Financials (including total funding to date). Rich Brinton, Novinium’s VP of Sales and Marketing, accepted the “Top 25 Startup” award for Novinium.
Novinium is an early stage company based in the Seattle area, which will provide cable rejuvenation services and products to electric and telecommunication utilities in the United States and around the world. We are developing novel fluids, methods, and tools to inject stranded underground cable. Our injection process rejuvenates and extends the reliable life of the cable.
