The Novinium employees came together to donate their time and financial support to build eight new bicycles and helmets that they donated to the youth of the Boys & Girls Club.

Novinium has close ties with the Phoenix community and is working with Salt River Project– Water and Power to rejuvenate underground electrical cables to better than new condition in residential areas throughout the Phoenix area.

Novinium takes its commitment to improve the quality of life in the communities it serves very seriously. The group worked closely with the Boys & Girls Club to find a meaningful way to give back to the community.

As a part of the annual Novinium sales meeting, which took place in Phoenix, a team of 20 Novinium sales and operations leaders participated in the Build-A-Bike event including CEO and Founder Glen Bertini and CFO David Lewis.

“It was a great team experience building the bikes for the kids who participate in the programs at the Boys & Girls Club”, said Mr. Bertini of Novinium. “The looks on the kids’ faces when they first saw their new bikes and helmets was priceless and reinforced that the event was a great way for us to give back to the community.”

Mr. Kellen Baker, Youth Development Director for the club said, “On behalf of the Tempe Ladmo Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley, we would like to thank Novinium for providing bikes and helmets to eight of our members. The staff and members were honored to participate in the Build-A-Bike event!”
